What we make

Four product lines, one factory floor, one quality bar.

70% of our output is gloves — leather and knitted — for industrial, construction, and trade buyers. The other 30% is knitted garments and technical outerwear, produced under the same vertically integrated roof.

From the family

Bilal Saleem started SAS in 1983. He still runs it — now with his three sons on the floor.

For 40 years our buyers haven't needed to see the factory floor. They get the boxes — clean, on time, to spec. The work happens here in Faisalabad, with families who've stitched gloves for us for decades.

The second generation runs the divisions now — Hanzla on garments, Areeb on gloves, Hazefa on marketing — working alongside our father. Same building, same standards. We added tighter tech packs, faster sampling and stricter QC. The craft stayed.

"We don't sell our brand. We make yours better."

If you're comparing two or three Pakistani OEMs, ask the harder question: which one picks up the phone on day 90 when something needs fixing? That answer matters more than the unit price on the quote.

OEM & Private Label

We build under your brand. Quietly. For 40+ years.

We don't sell our own brand. We manufacture for yours. Your specs, your logo, your packaging — produced in Faisalabad and shipped to your distribution centre.

01
Your spec, not a catalog

Send tech packs, samples, or rough sketches. We translate, prototype, and produce. No off-the-shelf substitution.

02
MOQ 500–1,000 pcs per style

Honest minimums. We won't promise 100-pc runs we can't deliver, and we won't force you to 5,000 to get started.

03
Samples in a week

From approved spec to physical sample in your hands inside 7 days. Bulk production typically 30–45 days post-approval.

04
NDA-default, white-label-default

We never disclose buyers. We never compete with you under our own label. That's why our average buyer relationship is over 20 years.

Sustainability

Real, not performative.

We don't have a glossy ESG report. We do have real practices we'd rather show than market.

01
100% solar-powered factory

Every machine on our 13-kanal floor runs on rooftop solar. Zero grid dependence on a normal production day. Real carbon reduction, not a future commitment.

02
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 across knitted lines

Tested for harmful substances at every production stage. Certificate available per shipment on request.

03
Fabric waste re-spun

Cutting offcuts from our knitted division go back into yarn production for cotton dotted gloves — not landfill.

04
Recycled-content programs on request

GRS-certified recycled polyester and recycled cotton blends available for puffer fill, jacket shells, and knitted garments.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

Before you email, the answers most teams want first. Don't see yours? Write us at hanzla@sasagenciespvt.com — Hanzla replies directly.

Low to start, and honest about it: gloves from 100 pairs per style, fleece garments from 300 pieces, jersey tees from 500 pieces. Mixed sizes within a style count toward the MOQ. We won't force you into 5,000-piece commitments to begin.
NDA is signed before you send anything sensitive. We never produce your designs for anyone else, never list buyers publicly, and never sell competing products under our own label. Our entire model is private-label OEM — your IP is the business.
First sample is free for serious inquiries — we cover the sampling cost. Lead time is 2–3 weeks from approved tech pack. Revisions are quick, usually a few days for a second round.
Standard: advance deposit on PO, balance cash against documents (CAD) at shipping. T/T wire transfer in USD or EUR. Letter of Credit (irrevocable, at-sight) accepted for larger orders. We do not accept credit card for production orders.
FOB Karachi by default. CIF, CFR, and DDP available on request to most European, UK, Canadian, and Australian ports. Container loading, freight booking, and document handling done in-house — no third-party forwarder unless you specify yours.
30–45 working days for standard orders post-sample approval and deposit. Complex constructions (TPR impact, jacket assemblies, custom fabric sourcing) may run 50–60 days. Sea transit from Karachi adds 18–30 days depending on destination port.
