Coveralls — boiler suits, overalls, work suits, whatever your market calls them — are one of the most re-ordered items in workwear. Buyers come back season after season, so the factory has to get the basics right every time: fabric that doesn't shrink or fade, seams that hold at the crotch and underarm, zips and press studs that last, and sizing that stays consistent from order to order. SAS Agencies makes coveralls in Faisalabad, Pakistan's textile capital, under our buyers' own brands.

Fabrics, weights and colours
| Option | Range |
|---|---|
| Weave | Twill 3/1 or 2/1 |
| Composition | 100% polyester · cotton/polyester 80/20, 60/40, 55/45, 52/48 |
| Weight | 180–280 GSM |
| Colours | Navy, royal, black, grey, red, orange, olive, khaki, two-tone — or your Pantone |
| Hi-vis | Fluorescent orange or yellow fabric with reflective tape |
Choosing a weight: 180–210 GSM for hot climates and light maintenance work; 240–280 GSM for heavy industrial, oil & gas and workshop use. Higher cotton content (80/20) is cooler and softer; higher polyester (52/48, 100%) holds colour and resists wrinkles and shrinkage better.
Construction details that matter
- Closures: concealed press-stud placket, two-way metal or YKK-type zip, or zip with storm flap.
- Pockets: flapped chest pockets with pen slot, side hand pockets, thigh cargo pockets, rule pocket, knee-pad pockets.
- Fit: elasticated back waist or self-fabric belt, action back, adjustable cuffs, gusseted crotch.
- Reflective: single or double bands on shoulders, arms, legs and torso.
- Seams: double or triple-stitched at stress points so the suit survives daily wear and industrial laundry.
