For buyers in Australia

Work glove & workwear manufacturer for Australian buyers

OEM and private-label riggers, impact gloves and hi-vis workwear for Australian mining, construction and trade — built to AS/NZS standards and shipped to Australian ports.

Australian buyers have their own standards and their own products — the rigger glove is practically a national institution, hi-vis is governed by AS/NZS rather than EN, and mining and energy drive demand for impact and cut protection. SAS Agencies has supplied Australian safety distributors and workwear brands for decades. Here's how we work with Australian customers.

Because AS/NZS 2161.3 aligns closely with EN 388, our EN-tested gloves map directly. For hi-vis we use fabric and tape certified to AS/NZS 1906.4 and construct garments to AS/NZS 4602.1 Class D/N. Test reports are supplied per style.

Why buyers work with a Pakistani OEM

Pakistan — and Faisalabad in particular — has made leather and textile gloves and workwear for decades. That means genuine leather expertise across buffalo, cow split, goatskin and sheep grain, deep knitting and stitching capacity, and factories that have exported to demanding Western buyers for a generation. Pricing is competitive with the Far East, and a vertically integrated factory keeps quality and lead times under one roof. The variable is the factory, not the country — which is why the checklist in our guide to choosing a gloves manufacturer in Pakistan matters.

Working with SAS Agencies from Australia

We're GMT+5 — three to five hours behind eastern Australia — so there's a solid overlap in the working day for calls. Our directors have run Australian private-label programmes for over twenty years and know the rigger, hi-vis and mining specs cold. Send a spec or a reference glove and we'll return a quote, a compliance note and a sample. NDA by default.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make rigger gloves to Australian spec?

Yes. Cow grain and split leather riggers are one of our highest-volume lines for Australia, in standard and premium grades, with hi-vis and reinforced options.

Can you supply hi-vis workwear to AS/NZS 4602.1?

Yes. We construct day/night hi-vis vests and garments to AS/NZS 4602.1 Class D, N and D/N using fabric and reflective tape certified to AS/NZS 1906.4.

How long does shipping to Australia take?

Roughly 25–35 days by sea from Karachi to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Fremantle. Plan a first order around three months out from approved spec.
