Buyers new to OEM sourcing often hesitate because the process feels opaque. It isn't. Here is exactly how a private-label glove order moves from idea to delivery.
1. Send a spec (or a rough idea)
You don't need a finished tech pack. A reference sample, a competitor's glove, photos, or even a sketch is enough to start. The more detail — material, size range, certifications, target price, packaging — the faster the quote. Everything is covered by an NDA by default; your designs are never shared or reused.
2. Quote + feasibility (within 48 hours)
You get back a written quote with FOB pricing, MOQ, lead time and a feasibility note — flagging anything that should change to hit your price or your standard.
3. Sampling (2–3 weeks)
We make a physical sample to your spec and courier it for inspection and approval. This is where you confirm the look, fit, materials and branding. Revisions are quick — usually a few days for a second round.
4. Approve + lock the order
You sign off on the sample, materials, pricing and PO terms. Everything is fixed in writing before production starts — no surprises mid-run.
5. Bulk production (30–45 days)
Production begins, with weekly photo updates from the floor and a mid-production inspection on request. Typical glove MOQ is 200 pairs per style; garments run from 300 pieces.
6. QC + shipping (FOB / CIF / DDP)
Every batch is inspected against your spec — not an internal average — before packing to your requirement. The container loads at Karachi port on your chosen Incoterm: FOB, CIF or DDP. Sea transit then runs roughly 18–30 days depending on destination.
